Thank you for visiting my website!  You have made an important first step in your Real Estate journey.  It all starts with those internet searches and I am glad you landed here.  A little about me.  I am very blessed to have this career and I try to give back every chance I get.  I don't just help people buy and sell houses, I am active in making our community better.  I have served all the chairs on the Grand Island Board of Realtors, been on Committees with the Nebraska Realtors Association, I was appointed by the Governor to be a Commissioner for the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission, and am the Doniphan Economic Development Corporation President.

Employing me to help you with your real estate transaction will give you professional reports and advertising of your home.  We will be strategic on pricing your home and where we advertise it so we bring all the buyers to the table to view your property.  Once we have a contract, there are a lot of moving parts that I will help manage for you from negotiating repairs, creating the team of lenders and title that will be making the transaction happen, and making sure we have all the documents in order to make it a smooth transaction.

If we are buying a home, getting in to see it quickly is key.  I will be on top of listings that fit your criteria and will be available to get us in to view the property as soon as we can to give you the opportunity to consider it.  I understand that in todays market, moving and moving fast is the name of the game.
